Frequently asked questions

What staffing works best for a stadium event?
Brand ambassadors for fan zones and tailgate activations, product sampling teams across concourses and plazas, VIP and suite hospitality staff, guest services and wayfinding support, and street teams around the stadium on event days.
How much does stadium event staffing cost?
Pricing is custom-quoted based on the market, the role, event length, and staffing level, with a 4-hour minimum per staffer. A 50% deposit secures your booking. Cancellation terms follow our 7-day tiers, and full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Can you staff crowds of 60,000 or more?
Yes. For stadium-scale programs we recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks out, so we can recruit, vet, and brief a team sized to your footprint.
Do your teams handle tailgate and plaza activations?
Yes. Our teams run sampling, games, and brand experiences in tailgate lots and plazas before the event, then shift to concourses and hospitality areas once doors open.
Do you staff non-sporting events at the stadium?
Yes. We staff concerts, festivals, and special events at the stadium, with the same briefing and coverage standards as game days.
