How much do brand ambassadors cost per hour?
Pricing is custom-quoted based on the market, the role, event length, and staffing level. Every booking has a 4-hour minimum per staffer, confirmed in your written quote.
How far ahead should I book trade show staff?
Two to four weeks of lead time is ideal for trade show staffing so we can match, brief, and confirm the right team. Rush staffing is often available on shorter timelines, and large or multi-city programs book best 4 to 6 weeks out.
What is your cancellation policy?
Before payment, a pending request can generally be edited or cancelled without charge. Once staffing work begins, the deposit is nonrefundable. More than 7 calendar days before the event, the client remains responsible for the deposit and approved nonrecoverable expenses. Between 7 days and 48 hours before the event, the client may be responsible for 50% of remaining confirmed labor charges plus the deposit and expenses. Less than 48 hours before the event, the full confirmed engagement amount may be due. See our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
Do you require a deposit to book staff?
Yes. A 50% deposit secures your booking and lets our team begin matching and confirming talent. The balance follows the payment schedule in your booking confirmation.

What types of events do you staff?

Are your brand ambassadors trained and vetted?
Yes. Every member of the Meridian network is vetted before joining and briefed on your brand messaging, talking points, and on-site expectations before each event.
Can you staff a multi-city or national campaign?
Yes. With staffing coverage across 29 states, Meridian acts as a single staffing partner for multi-market rollouts. You coordinate once, and we handle local teams in each city.
Can talent wear our branded uniforms or costumes?
Yes. Talent can wear your branded uniforms, specialty costumes, or themed wardrobe for the event. Wardrobe, props, and accessories are supplied by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
How do I request staff or get a quote?
Submit a request through our Request Talent page with your event dates, location, and staffing needs. Our team responds within 24 to 48 business hours with a quote and next steps.
How much does it cost to hire event staff?
Cost depends on four things: how many staff you need, how many hours they work, the market where your event takes place, and the type of role. Brand ambassadors, models, and team leads are priced differently. We don't publish rates because every event is different, so send your details through our quote form and we'll reply with an exact price, usually within 24 to 48 business hours.
What is event staffing?
Event staffing means hiring trained people to work your event on your behalf, such as brand ambassadors, greeters, registration staff, and promotional models. An event staffing agency finds, vets, briefs, and schedules them so you don't have to manage individual hiring. Meridian Talent House is a Philadelphia event staffing agency serving events in 29 states.
What does event staff do?
Event staff handle the guest-facing work at an event. That includes greeting and checking in guests, answering questions, handing out samples or materials, capturing leads, guiding people to the right place, and supporting VIPs. The exact duties depend on the role, and we confirm them with you before the event.
How much do event staff get paid?
Pay varies by role, market, and shift length. Each rate is set per booking and shown to the talent before they accept it. We can't give one number for every event, because a coat check role and a specialty modeling role are paid differently.
