How many brand ambassadors do I need for my event?
A good starting point is one brand ambassador for every 150 guests, with at least two on site so no one works alone. Events built around sampling, lead capture, or VIP service usually need more hands, so add those roles in the calculator above. We confirm the final number with you after a short consult.
What is the minimum booking for event staff?

Do I need a team lead for my event staff?
For crews of six or more, we recommend adding one on-site team lead to manage the crew, handle breaks, and act as your single point of contact. Smaller teams can usually be managed by your event contact directly. If you are unsure, we will advise during your consult.
How far in advance should I book event staff?
