Talent Media Release

1. Separate public-media authorization

This Talent Media Release applies only when an adult talent member expressly accepts it electronically or signs a copy. Viewing this page alone does not grant permission.

By expressly accepting this release, you authorize American Luxury LLC, which operates the Meridian Talent House brand (“Meridian”), and its service providers, clients, advertising partners, and representatives acting for an authorized Meridian campaign to photograph, record, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and otherwise use your approved name, professional biography, voice, image, likeness, photographs, video, and submitted portfolio content (“Media”).

2. Permitted public uses

The authorization includes lawful promotional and business uses connected to Meridian and its staffing services, including:

• The Meridian website and public talent network.
• Social-media accounts, digital advertisements, email campaigns, and online promotions.
• Client presentations, proposals, pitch materials, look books, and casting or staffing materials.
• Printed marketing, event displays, press materials, case studies, and portfolio examples.
• Promotion of Meridian opportunities, services, events, and completed work.

This release does not authorize defamatory, unlawful, pornographic, deceptive, or materially misleading use, nor does it transfer ownership of your original Media.

3. Editing, credit, and compensation

You grant Meridian a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the authorized Media for the purposes above during the authorization period. Meridian may crop, resize, retouch for ordinary presentation, caption, format, combine with branding, and adapt the Media without materially misrepresenting you.

Unless a separate campaign agreement states otherwise, Meridian is not required to provide attribution, approval of each final use, or additional compensation solely for the promotional uses authorized by this release. Compensation for event work, commissioned shoots, or client campaigns is governed by the applicable booking or talent agreement.

You represent that you are at least 18, have the right to authorize the submitted Media, and have not granted conflicting rights that would prevent the authorized use.

4. Withdrawal and removal requests

You may withdraw authorization for future public promotional use by sending a written request to the email below. After verifying the request, Meridian will make commercially reasonable efforts to stop new uses and remove Media from online properties it controls within approximately 30 days.

Withdrawal is prospective and does not require recall or destruction of materials already printed, distributed, posted by an unaffiliated third party, incorporated into a completed campaign, contractually committed before withdrawal, or retained as required for legal, accounting, dispute, or archival purposes. Meridian will not grant a new public use after the effective withdrawal unless you authorize it again.

5. Electronic confirmation and records

Electronic acceptance may be recorded with your name, account or application identifier, date and time, IP address, user agent, consent source, and the release version. That electronic record is intended to have the same effect as a written signature to the extent permitted by law.
