Every booking starts with a written quote. Pricing is custom-quoted based on the market, the role, event length, and staffing level, with a 4-hour minimum per staffer. Yes. We can build separate teams for multiple gates, concourses, suites, or sponsor activations running at the same time, each briefed on its own schedule and responsibilities.
Do you staff events outside the arena as well?
Yes. We staff street teams, pop-ups, and off-site activations around the Boise State campus and downtown Boise, which pairs well with event programming at the arena.
